Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor vendor relationships
- Update office records and databases that contain personnel information
- Support team members as required
- Assist with booking firm events and initiatives
- Process client invoices and payments
- Oversee the office supplies and services ordering process
- File client information
- Support with petty cash reconciliation
- Schedule meetings with internal team members and clients as needed
- Assist in compiling client tax information
- Greet office visitors while managing phone calls and other correspondence
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Effective time management
- Expert attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to learn Accounting specific programs to best support clients
- Team player, relationship builder and collaborator
- Proven success in Office Administration
- Superior organizational skills
- High school diploma or post-secondary in Office Administration, Business or a relevant field is required
- A strong work ethic
