Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor vendor relationships
  • Update office records and databases that contain personnel information
  • Support team members as required
  • Assist with booking firm events and initiatives
  • Process client invoices and payments
  • Oversee the office supplies and services ordering process
  • File client information
  • Support with petty cash reconciliation
  • Schedule meetings with internal team members and clients as needed
  • Assist in compiling client tax information
  • Greet office visitors while managing phone calls and other correspondence


Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Effective time management
  • Expert attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to learn Accounting specific programs to best support clients
  • Team player, relationship builder and collaborator
  • Proven success in Office Administration
  • Superior organizational skills
  • High school diploma or post-secondary in Office Administration, Business or a relevant field is required
  • A strong work ethic
