Job Description

Tech4Soft is an Ottawa based and owned industry leader in providing quality Professional Consulting Services.

We provide Program Management solutions to our clients that improves and stream line their internal business operations. We also provide staffing solutions to our clients in both the Public and Private sectors Services.


Job Types: Full-time, Contract

The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Pay Roll Administration, Invoicing
  • Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed
  • Provide executive assistance to management
  • Manage daily office tasks for the manement and staff
  • Book keeping and to do lists


Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
