Job Description

Kelly Services a global leader in finding workforce solutions is currently looking for Office Administration staff for upcoming assignments. As the first point of contact for the company, the Office Administrator play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our clients, visitors, and employees.


The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. They should be organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment as well as being proficient in Microsoft Office and have a strong attention to detail.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

· Receive, process and issue receipts

· Ensure cash is balanced and accurate at all times.

· Answering phone call and forwarding to the correct party

· Perform clerical duties: Operate, maintain, and reconcile debit machine, assist in the preparation of correspondence and reports, keeping an accurate call and visitor log

· Obtains confidential or personal information from the public.

· Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation.

· Assist with payments and program bookings

· Assist with the billing and other finance related task as assigned if applicable

· Provides support and backup to other staff in the department as may be necessary.

· Take minutes at meetings when required.

· Provide backup and relief to other positions within the Finance Department.


Your experience and background should include the following:

· Grade 12 education supplemented by an Administrative or Business Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution or a minimum of 3-years’ experience.

· A customer service mentality
