Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic individual who is able to handle the fast past nature of our work, has a keen attention to detail and is willing to learn/grow with the role.


Key Roles and Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

- Managing Customer and Realtors Interactions.

- Overseeing Daily Operations and Administrative Tasks

- Digital Marketing and Advertising Management.


Two Key Projects:

  • Implement and Maintain our CRM
  • Manage and Grow Social Media Channels.


Ideally you:

  • Are fluent in English and can speak a second language (Punjabi, Mandarin or Cantonese)
  • Have an interest in real estate related topics
  • Know how to use Canva, Google Drive and other digital business software
  • Have experience working in an administrative and/or marketing manager role


This role requires you to come in to the office and work from home. Must be able to commute to Richmond, BC Canada.
