DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining Hybrid infrastructure consisting of VMWare/ESX virtualization technology, Microsoft Azure including the installation and support of VMs
Administer and configure all equipment, hardware and software adhering to company standards, and policies while maintaining appropriate documentation on all systems and procedures.
Hands-on experience with network or endpoint security-related hardware and software, network
Manage host-based intrusion prevention system/Intrusion Detection System, Firewalls with High-Availability and Load-Balanced Setup.
Ability to Setup VPN tunnels and good understanding of cryptography, application control, EDR, DLP, Threat Response Handling, ATP, GEO-IP Filtering etc.,
Update and setup devices in MDM, MFA Applications
Excellent Knowledge in ADDS, GPO Management, DHCP, DFS etc.,
Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 Platforms
Respond to Escalated Service or help Desk requests received via Phone, Email, In person or any other Channels.
Support the team as required in day-to-day operational and support activities of the network related changes, desktop, laptop, workstations, cellphones setup and end user support as needed
Well versed in troubleshooting any kind of hardware including Configuring tablets, laptops, and desktops according to established standards and perform basic hardware maintenance and repairs.
Experience in Maintaining Backups for Applications, Files etc., and perform restore operations on-demand.
Experienced in maintaining patches for Windows clients, Windows servers as per the scheduled timeline and testing the patches prior to deployment.
Controlling the operation of services related to all local area networks and wide area networks, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Hands on experience in configuring and supporting Wi-Fi mesh networks (Meraki)
Responsible for monitoring systems and protect from cyber threats for email, files, backups etc.,
Maintain all documentation up to date in particular network diagrams, account information, troubleshooting practices, Business process and network information.
Ability to keep up with technology and share innovative ideas.
Ability to prioritize the tasks based on impact and able to work with minimal supervision.
Experience with Proofpoint system is an asset.
Experience with ITIL standards and ISO Implementation an Asset.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be fully vaccinated.
Bachelor’s Degree or Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent training and experience in the said role.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the information technology field with minimum year experience in system security.
Experience with Windows Server 2012⁄2016 and Microsoft Active Directory (AD)
Hands-on Experience with configuring networking devices ‑firewall/routers, switches, firewall)
Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) Applications such as Office 365, Azure etc.,
Experience working with NAS/SANs and Blade Server hardware platform and cloud infrastructure.
Experience with varieties of backup systems.
Experience with: Deploying, updating, optimizing, and troubleshooting Windows workstations and laptops in a corporate environment using SCCM.
Operating knowledge of Windows based Client/Server Operating environments
Advanced knowledge of PC, laptop, printer hardware, phone systems and software, Adobe, Office 365 products.
Have good Analytical skills and takes initiatives, executes deliverables from start to finish.
Good understanding of ITIL processes, technical documentation, and project management skills.
Azure/AWS/Google Cloud related, VMware certifications are an asset.
Must be able to manage multiple issues/projects at the same time.
