Job Description

Our client in the Financial Services sector is actively looking for a Full Stack .NET developer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The role is primarily remote, however there will be occasional travel to their office in Toronto when needed.


Must Haves:

  • Experience with profiling and code performance tuning is a plus
  • 3+ years’ experience working as a Software Developer or in a similar capacity
  • In-depth understanding of SQL (MS SQL Server 2012) and SQL optimization
  • Experience working within an Agile environment
  • Experience in FinTech industry is a plus
  • Experience in event driven systems is a plus
  • Extensive experience with complex systems spanning both frontend and backend
  • Hands on Development with React.
  • Excellent knowledge of C# and .NET web development
  • Experience with unit testing and test methodologies
  • Experience consuming and creating HTTP based web APIs
  • In-depth experience in JavaScript and at least one framework (e.g. React, Angular)



Nice To Have:

  • Some experience with VB6 is nice to have
