The Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer that is driven and can jump into the stack at any level and own it end-to-end. This means you are comfortable with building scalable APIs, making minor changes to the front-end, and working on the pipelines to deploy them to the cloud. You also care deeply about engineering best practices and championing it across a team. Our reach is rapidly expanding and so is our development team.

Responsibilities

As a Senior .Net Engineer at Tribe you will:

• Play a critical role in building our core product and infrastructure
• Introduce new technologies to help us achieve market-leading technical excellence
• Work on maintaining and improving our existing technical infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with the product team to ideate and scope out new features to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in designing and building RESTful APIs.
• Experience in developing and managing cloud infrastructure, particularly in Azure.
• Proficiency in ORM Frameworks (e.g., NHibernate, Entity Framework) and solid knowledge of RDBMS.
• Deep understanding of design patterns, coding best practices, and system architecture.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET development (C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API).
• A passion for continuous learning and the ability to mentor and be mentored by others, with an understanding of how to lead and how to follow.
• Testing should be an integral part of your development workflow.
• Familiarity with client-side frameworks/libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue.

Nice to Haves

• Familiarity with non-relational databases like MongoDB and/or graph databases.
• Proficiency in DevOps and CI/CD workflows within Microsoft Azure.
• Previous exposure to mobile platforms like iOS and Android.
