RESPONSIBILITIES:

The resource will support the Enterprise Insights Data team to mature the backend systems requirements of the

Insights tool. They will:

- Validate and refine Data requirements; Support work with partners and stakeholders to understand and

document data requirements

- Support Expansion of ES Insights tool; Apply statistical, algorithmic, mining and visualization techniques to

expand/refine ES Insights, Create/update dashboards using MS PowerBI;

- Create Data Standards/Data Model; Document rules to standardize the way data is described, represented

and structured, Indicate how the data is being used, where the data is coming from and who owns it;

- Develop standards and best practices around data storage, sharing and access; Create standard for storing

ES Insights data in the cloud, Determine best practices for managing access to and sharing of ES Insights

dashboards

- Support ES Insights team planning through development of data maturity plan

Mandatory Skills:

• • Experience working with executive and demoing data stories
• • Proficiency in M365 tools, including PowerBI and backend data management practices
• • Familiarity with with ServiceNow data management practices to ensure alignment of tools
