Ndt Supervisor Jobs

Growing third-party inspection company looking for a CGSB NDT RT level 3 with oil and gas experience. The certificate in UT, VT, PT, MT and safety would be advantageous.

Responsibilities (only NDT)

1. Apply for new CWB inspection method to expand the company's inspection scope.
2. Interpret codes, standards, and other contractual documents that control the NDT methods used.
3. Select the appropriate method and technique for an NDT inspection.
4. Prepare and approve quality manual, NDT procedures, ITPs, work instructions and written practice.
5. Audit outside agencies to ensure the requirements of the written practice are met.
6. Provide proper direction and information for assistance to NDT.
7. Administer NDT testing and maintain all NDT training records.
8. Provide NDT level 3 Consulting and technical support.
9. Report to Alberta Manager.

Qualifications

The work location would be remote with occasional travel (to oilfields in north Alberta).

Basic computer skills including Ms Word, Excel are needed.
