About The Opportunity…

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible to provide frontline customer service and communications and service for the department. Specifically:

• Serve as the liaison between the customer and automotive service technician
• Sell recommended and required vehicle repair/maintenance
• Accurately prepare repair orders and invoices
• Explain nature of vehicle maintenance and costs
• Schedule appointments; contact customers with vehicle repair status updates/follow-ups
• Advise customers on how to look after the vehicle and stress the importance of maintenance

About You…

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in vehicle maintenance and repair sales, and customer handling, including:

• Strong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
• Strong attention to detail; organized and strategic
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Consultant in a dealership
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• A proven commitment to quality of work
• Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
• Ability to sell vehicle labour and maintenance
• A desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency working with Customer Relationship Management Systems
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
