If you're a night owl, who likes working evenings and weekends, that's all the better. What You Bring -One year in a cook position or equivalent culinary experience. -Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent education. -Foodsafe Certificate. -Experience with various knife-cutting techniques and knowledge in food safety preparation. -Ability to lift items weighted similar to a crate of potatoes and stand for long periods of time. -Ability to work flexible hours and special events. -Ability to successfully complete a security screening.
