Our Bartenders provide beautifully crafted cocktails to our guests in a high volume, fast-paced environment. They have exceptional understanding of mixology and quality control – with a notable passion and desire to learn more about Spanish wines. They have a flair for mixing beautiful cocktails (flair bartending not required!) and a friendly smile for guests and colleagues alike.

What you’ll be doing:

• Accommodate guest allergies and special requests accordingly
• Other duties as assigned or required
• Process payments; provide accurate billing and support documents for any Credit Card(s), Gift Card(s), Gift Certificate(s), etc. accurately and efficiently
• Mix ingredients, garnish glasses and serve alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean work station while adhering to food safety, sanitation and hygiene guidelines set by the Public Health Department and the Company
• Demonstrate a complete working knowledge of the drinks menu and ingredients as well as the food menu.
• Ensure all food and beverage descriptions, promotions and any other information are clearly communicated to guests and team members.

• Check identification to ensure all guests are of age to consume alcohol

What we would like you to bring to the bar:

• COMMUNICATION SKILLS. Bartenders must be able to carefully listen to orders, explain food and beverage items and make recommendations.
• EXPERIENCE. You have plenty of bartending experience in an upscale restaurant environment. Experience with a point-of-sale system, preferably Silverware, is considered an asset.
• TRAINING. Possessing a valid Smart Serve certification is a requirement. Any related training certifications are highly valued.
• SOLUTION-ORIENTED. We're looking for a strong problem solver with an insatiable desire to positively impact the experience of our guests and restaurant reviews.
• ADAPTABILITY. Our ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced, changing environment with ease.
• EDUCATION. A degree/diploma in food and beverage, hospitality management is considered an asset.
