If you’re an experienced Marketing Manager with a knack for digital and traditional marketing, this opportunity is tailor-made for you. Join their engaged leadership team and report directly to the V.P.

In this diverse role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing a cutting-edge multi-channel marketing strategy across various business units. You will have the ability to hire a marketing coordinator as well as work with an agency on projects.

This role requires knowledge of digital marketing, media buying, graphic design, photography, social media, and website management. You will have support where you need it and the ability to direct that. Be prepared for some travel within Alberta and B.C.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for captivating content creation.
• Manage content creation and publishing across online platforms.
• Lead marketing campaigns across the organization, utilizing diverse acquisition channels.
• Create stunning visuals using Adobe Creative Suite for websites and social media.
• Provide senior management with monthly sales reports and campaign results.
• Execute traditional marketing activities, including tradeshows and radio ads.
• Manage Google Ads and Google My Business accounts.
• Drive website content, including blogs, email campaigns, and more.
• Oversee the marketing budget, both digital and traditional.
• Implement and report on all marketing initiatives, ensuring their success.
• Conduct video tours and operate drones(training provided).
• Analyze social media metrics and present growth strategies.
• Master Google and social media ads, optimizing media buying.

Qualifications:

• Skilled in media buying, Google AdWords, and social media marketing.
• Salesforce experience is a bonus.
• Self-motivated and independent, thriving in an autonomous role.
• Display a combination of creative and analytical skills.
• Proficient in graphic design and photography.
• Possess a post-secondary degree/diploma in Business Analytics or Marketing.
• Hold a minimum of 3 years’ experience in professional digital marketing roles.
