Marketing Graphic Designer (Print and Digital)


iFabric Corporation is a leading company in thetextile industry with a mission to provideforward thinking ideas and innovative solutions for the ever-changing world. Our design team is growing and we are on the hunt for a multidisciplinary Graphic Designer with a knack for social media and marketing. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the team, by showing a self-driven attitude with the ability to successfully execute projects on time, from concept to production.


Responsibilities:

·Creating innovative and impactful product branding and packaging solutions that inspire consumer purchase decisions

·Developing and maintaining packaging technical specifications to ensure compliance and consistency

·Effectively communicating product statements and features through packaging design

·Copywriting and proofreading packaging as well as digital medias

·Reviewing proofs/samples and provide comments to ensure graphics are properly executed from creative concept to production according to brand standards and guidelines

·Providing suppliers with final approved artwork for product packaging that meets brand requirements

·Daily managing, publishing and creating content for all social media platforms in accordance with calendars and cross-functional marketing activities.(Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter etc) Manage community engagement.

·Actively researching trends and creating digital graphics, packaging and presentations for sales team.

·Product photography, image color correction and manipulation

·Creating and scheduling digital banners, graphics, email blasts and social media content

·Support the Creative and Marketing Manager in evaluating andestablishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars

·Report to Creative and Marketing Manager


Top candidates for the Graphic Designer role will have the following:

·Post-secondaryeducation in Graphic Design or related

·2-3yearsof experience ingraphic design with a focus on packaging and digital communications

  • Understanding of the fashion and lifestyle industries and trends

·Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop)

·Video editing skills is a bonus

·Knowledge of Shopify, Hootsuite, Klaviyo, Pinterest, META, and Tiktok

·Strong understanding of typography, lay out and color theory withmeticulous attention to detail

  • You adapt to new environments quickly and are self motivated. You thrive in fast-passed exciting environments and love to celebrate small and big wins!
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Can efficiently collaborate with various team members but can also hunker down and get things done independently

·Excellent verbal and written English skills with strong interpersonal abilities to effectively communicate at different levels within the organization.

·A self-starter and positive attitude

·A well rounded portfolio of previous work showing skillset and creative thinking.
