Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks, such as tracking budgets and invoicing, as needed
- Coordinate and maintain marketing calendar, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are executed efficiently
- Maintain and update company website, blog, and social media channels with fresh and engaging content
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, and events
- Assist with the organization and coordination of webinars, tradeshows, and other events
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative assets for campaigns and promotional materials
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
- Prior experience or internships in marketing or a related field is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, trends, and strategies
- Familiarity with basic design principles and tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
