Job Description

Join a global leader in automotive and off-road suspension systems!

We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer.


About the role:


You will have the opportunity to lead the design, installation and optimization of equipment and processes for the forging of Stabars and manufacturing of Torsion Bars. This would include forging, upsetting, heat treating and shot peening.

You will work closely with production, industrialization, controls & tooling engineering to ensure new or revised processes meet and exceed expectations for both safety and quality.


Your qualifications:

  • High level of proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
  • Professional Engineer (P. Eng) preferred
  • Post-Secondary degree in Engineering
  • Minimum three to five years’ experience in manufacturing engineering
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Induction Heating experience an asset
  • Self-motivated
  • Forging and Heat Treating experience an asset
