Manufacturing Engineer Jobs

Plan, specify, procure, install, and launch all injection moulding equipment

for new products globally.

- Collaborate and support the product engineering team to ensure product

designs are manufacturable in a feasible and cost-effective manner and

within budget.

- Design, develop and modify standardized global manufacturing processes,

support local site CI and Kaizen events as requested.

- Develop and manage injection moulding budget globally.

- Manage & ensure strict adherence to project charters, timelines, and

deadlines.

- Establish and maintain databases, networking and tracking for manufacturing

processes.

- Lead, facilitate and manage PFMEA and FMEA teams as required.

- Support local site leaders and local manufacturing engineering teams on all

global launch activities.

- Create and maintain Global system performance standards, along with

operating procedures and preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.

- Lead and participate in developing, revising, and managing Company global

injection moulding standards.

- Provide technical support, troubleshooting and actively support continuous

improvement activities to all Company manufacturing locations, train users to

use new or modified equipment.

- Interface and collaborate with, Product Design, Engineering, Procurement to

ensure Project Charters and Mission are achieved.

- Write and communicate RFQ’s for equipment. Support and collaborate with

procurement team to achieve best price and delivery from our global supply

partners.

- Look for ongoing cost saving ideas, manufacturing process optimization to

maintain market competitiveness.

- Ability to multitask under tight deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.

- Must have a valid passport and be able to travel globally with short notice,

when required.
