a day in the life: what you’ll do
The Manager, Responsible Supply Chain Operations will be responsible for building and deploying all processes, tools, trainings, and other ways of working with Responsible Supply Chain (RSC) team and cross-functional teams to streamline social and environmental vendor works.
- Lead, manage and facilitate the design, implementation and operations of Sustainability, Sourcing and Quality Management System as part of a cross-functional systems project (SQMS) and streamline process with key functional partners to ensure supply chain transparency and integrity of data in the system e.g. assessment report, CAPA plan, Supply Chain data integrity
- Seeking opportunity to enhance agile RSC operations e.g. vendor categorizations, scorecard, building proactive risk identification management systems that align with RSC and vendor environment requirements.
- Develop the RSC process and documentations e.g. SOP and tools for excellence RSC operations. Including the regular review and version control.
- Develop and oversight internal and vendor training and tool to accelerate the effective RSC works.
- Deliver on time and accurate reports, KPIs and data analytics for internal and external use.
- Experience in social compliance and responsible supply chain, preferable in apparel supply chains operation
- 7+ years of experience in sustainability related research, analytics, reporting, and operational management including performance improvement and strategy applications.
- A post-secondary degree
- Knowledge of systems & process development, implementation and project management
