Manager, Operations Jobs

As part of our continued growth, Nureva is seeking a manager, operations to join our operations team. In this role you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of supply chain logistics in Nureva. You will manage a talented group of people to achieve the company goals.

You will

• Provide overall leadership, direction and support to assigned team including recruitment, training, succession planning, coaching and annual performance evaluations
• Review and approve export documentation
• Review & approve invoices of suppliers
• Provide monthly VAT Reporting
• Participate in business reviews with suppliers
• Manage contracts with suppliers
• Manage staff that handle procurement, order entry, order fulfillment, logistics, and warehousing
• Manage inventory counts, returned material (RMA) and safety stock levels at logistic centers
• Complete monthly supplier build forecast
• Conduct analysis and ensure optimization of inventory at logistic centers
• Document and improve operational policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in New Product Introduction
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
• Be responsible for inbound and outbound shipping with 3PL
• Arrange shipments for tradeshows

You have

• A post-secondary degree or diploma, along with 10 or more years of progressive experience in supply chain and logistics
• Excellent people management and organizational skills
• Experience in warehouse/logistic contract negotiations
• Strong understanding and competency of MS office
• Excellent communications skills
• Knowledge of Oracle/NetSuite systems (considered an asset)
• Exceptional attention to detail
