About the Opportunity

Key responsibilities include timely and accurate internal reporting, analytics, benchmarking, and budgeting/forecasting activities. You are a highly analytical, motivated individual with an aptitude to improve and build processes and have strong financial modelling skills.

What you will do:

• Perform market research and data mining activities
• Assist with investor and internal reporting packages including calculation of various SaaS metrics and benchmarking
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends
• Creation of standard and ad hoc reports
• Contribute to the annual budget and quarterly forecasting activities, including partnering with various departments to ensure forecasting integrity and accuracy
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Manage forecasts and reporting on FP&A tool (Workday Adaptive Planning)
• Preparation of detailed analytics and financial models to support business decisions
• Automate reporting and forecasting tools
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate budget vs actual and other internal reporting

About You

• Min 4-5 years of experience in FP&A and/or Business Partnering
• Coming from the software industry or a related sector
• CPA or equivalent

Salary Range

$105,000 - $120,000/year
