The Manager, Field Development & Communications is responsible for supporting Arbonne Canada's business goals and strategic priorities through the daily management of the Field Development Projects, programs, and incentives which are global or country-specific in scope.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Ensure Field recognition communication is timely and accurate to drive motivation and inspiration.

- Ensure that all Field Development support materials and programs are managed successfully through localization, translation, and compliance with timely and accurate communications in English and French.
- Review & add input to our VP Bulletins and ensure it includes valuable business-building information, that it promotes corporate events, incentives & programs.
- Information transfer, gathering requirements, working cross-functionally to execute on website enhancements, launch of new incentives, programs and/or events, from start to completion.
- Each employee is responsible for raising awareness of our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and should actively participate in activities and initiatives which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities.
- Perform cross-functional activities with the internal Events team by sourcing speakers, creating agendas, show flows, administering speaker scripts for compliance approval, create PowerPoint presentations, coordinate with translators to ensure simultaneous translation is on par with Arbonne terminology and develop and manage communications to the field.
- Plan, create and execute on Canadian Field Events, and Consultant Connect Meetings, including choosing speakers, developing the marketing communications as well as the overall show/event documents and deliverables.
- Lead and support in the daily activities of the Field Development and Communication Project Managers, Field Recognition, and Social Media Coordinator including Goal setting and performance review process.
- Manage, validate and partner with Legal/BEST to ensure the Canadian policies are accurately represented within our SucessPlan, Policies & Procedures, Corporate promotions, incentives, website and special programs, and other communication vehicles as necessary.
- Support strategic business plans to ensure attainment of sales KPIs; specifically increasing sales, increasing IC & PC base, increasing enrollments, increasing monthly level promotions, and Preferred Client and Independent Consultant retention.
- Provide support through various avenues to all Independent Consultants throughout the month & month-end when Consultants are working to promote to the next level.
- Support at all Field Development & training meetings, corporate events, staff/team meetings.
- Budget accountability for all CA Field Development programs and incentives.
What You Need:
Minimum qualifications:
- Experience supervising others’ work
- Strong communication, verbal, and written skills that will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced and exciting environment
- Excellent communication skills, able to provide executives with department briefings
- Degree of Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Communications

- Experience managing and developing a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Work, PowerPoint)
- Team player with ability to collaborate
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Enjoy supervising and developing a team to deliver on strategic plans
- Bilingual in English and French
- Experience with bilingual (English/French) work both written and verbal
- 4-8 years of experience in sales, or customer-focused environment with upward career progression.
