Attention Logistic Coordinators!
We have one full-time PERMANENT position with great salary, company benefits, Bonus Shares, RRSP match and great growth opportunity in the Woodbridge area!
Our client is a Custom Store Fixture workshop company that works with GLOBAL Major brands such as Louis Vuitton, HERMES. Coach, Ray. Ban, to name some).
Salary Starting from $60,000 to $65,000 + Great benefits after probation period
Straight morning shift!
  • Have you previously worked with PO (Purchasing Orders) and are able to identify the best mode of transportation based of clients needs?
  • Do you have experience in shipping/receiving ?
  • Do you go always an extra mile to provide great customer service support?
  • Are you proficient in the use of computer and ERP systems to maintain proper logistic projects, freight and custom documentation for shipments as required?
  • Have you worked previously with manufacturing parts, and are you mechanically inclined?
  • Are you a great communicator and know how to work independently and within a team?
  • Do you have previous international experience and have worked with NAFTA certificates, calculations and procedures?
  • Do you have 3+ years of experience working as a logistics coordinator in a MANUFACTURING environment?
The successful candidate will require to work closely with the Warehouse Manager and be able to ensure all finished goods are processed on time for shipping.

Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
  • Using shop drawings to determine the correct HTS Code for each product and updating the ERP system.
  • Maintaining HTS codes in ERP , NAFTA certificates. and NAFTA qualifying calculations
  • Using shop drawings to determine an optimized packaging / skid plan for projects (Previous blueprint is as strong asset)
  • Creating packing slips, BOL’s, address labels, and customs documentation for shipments as required
  • Producing reports for all shipments and their packaging requirements to share with assembly and warehousing
  • Working with Purchasing to order skids and ensure they arrive to meet production demand
  • Using the ERP company system to track and organize shipments and maintain proper coordination
  • Determining the best mode of transport based on the above
Qualifications
  • MUST be computer proficient, ERP, – Excel, Word, Outlook, PDF Editor.
  • Previous experience working in Manufacturing is required, not only warehouse/logistics
  • Experience working with NAFTA and/or international freight regulations
  • 3+ experience in a similar Logistics Coordinator position
  • STRONG asset if have ever worked with blueprints and drawings
  • Experience with PO, Shipping/Receiving, BOL's labels and custom documentation
