They manufacture exclusive interiors for businesses & private jets, yachts and residences. Due to growth they are looking to add an experienced Liaison Engineer who possesses the same vision, reliability and passion to their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interact with inspectors, shop technicians, other engineering disciplines and management as required.
• Adhere to company material review board (MRB) and quality assurance (QA) procedures.
• Provide written instructions when required by Material Review policies (MRB & QA procedures) to restore non-conforming parts and assemblies to the originally designed product integrity and quality
• Evaluate and analyze defects, repairs & corrective actions by referring to technical documents to collate all information needed to disposition compliance in accordance with production standards
• Coordinate engineering schedule and deliverables for the on-site activities (as the on-site focal)
• Maintain close co-ordination with and fosters teamwork with all departments within the Company, in particular, with Operations and Engineering.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with engineering software such as Teamcenter, Catia V4/5 and Other
• Graduate of a recognized technical institute, college, or university, majoring in Engineering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly independent, solution oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing process, with emphasis on veneer application, cabinetry & flammability testing
• Able and willing to travel in between sites
• Bilingual French/English
• Minimum five years’ experience in Liaison Engineering.
