Deliver training sessions to clinical and non-clinical Clinic staff and learning solutions for multiple and/or more complex curriculums using all mediums including in-class, e-learning, virtual facilitation, and blended. May also deliver new content through new mediums.

Contribute to the design of training sessions and learning solutions based on the outcome of the Clinic Needs Assessment for the specific clinic.

Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure the training program is delivered to the expectations of the Clinic Needs Assessment.

Utilize current developed learning tools and processes to support a consistent learning experience to the customer.

Track and manage performance in the classroom and, if required, manage transition to team manager/stakeholder.

Follow standard evaluation and measurement process/protocol to assess comprehension and adoption of knowledge to ensure successful job readiness transition.
