About This Team
Our Global Distribution teams are part of our greater lululemon Supply Chain organization. This team supports lululemon’s overall purpose by ensuring we are fulfilling our products to our guests through our various channels including our retail stores and ecommerce. Reporting to the site Learning + Leadership Partner, the Learning Facilitator is responsible to organize, schedule, and facilitate engaging onboarding and functional learning experiences for our new hire associates. Develop and mentor new hires supporting delivery of functional onboarding and development sessions.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Performs other duties and tasks as required to support the L+L, DX and site operations teams.
• Developing yourself and your peers on the facilitator team to remain up to date in facilitation best practices and utilizes innovative delivery techniques.
• Partner with operations teams to facilitate and deliver floor training across various departments (onboarding + adhoc).
• Facilitate and deliver classroom on-boarding and associate development programs/resources. Facilitate Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions in both in-person and virtual formats.
• When not facilitating, a weekly expectation of functional work supporting operations in each department to remain updated and support operational goals.
• Partner with site P+C site coordinator + talent acquisition to ensure a seamless new hire onboarding experience.
• In partnership with the site Learning Specialist/Partner, deliver functional launch classroom + floor training.
• Provide opportunity for practice, evaluation, and testing to occur for learners both in the classroom and on the DC floor.
• Evaluate the success of training classes through various methods, including observation, surveys, and feedback.
• Provide insights and feedback to Site Learning Team and when appropriate.
• Track learning progress/completion through reporting via the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure sessions are scheduled and up to date.
• Prepare, and develop floor leaders to support the delivery of training programs (ex: peak season).

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project work, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strengths in communication, organization, and influence; solutions-oriented problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with the business both written and verbally.
• 1 year tenure at lululemon. (Agency included)
• Understanding of adult learning principles.
• 6+ months experience in teaching, facilitation, and/or coaching in an educational, corporate, and/or warehouse environment.
• Experience in adult learning facilitation. (Teaching, corporate or warehouse)
• Proficient understanding and demonstrated execution of Distribution Center inbound and outbound operational processes (Pick, Pack, Ship, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication and critical thinking skills.
