The Lead, Member Engagement is a key member of the Enserva team who champions supporting and growing our membership. This position will expand our membership and deliver value to our existing members.

Do you have what it takes?

Member Engagement 60%

• Manage the budget related to area of responsibility in accordance with the financial objectives of the Association
• Lead the design and delivery of the annual member survey
• Act as the key member liaison for member inquiries
• Deliver excellent customer service experiences to members
• Contribute to the Association’s strategic plan in the areas of responsibility
• Work with other members of the team to engage members in events, programs and services that can benefit them
• Support the CEO in member engagement activities, briefing notes and strategic initiatives
• Engage and survey members to deliver timely insights that can inform corporate strategy
• Network through industry and community events to build relationships with members and prospective members
• Connect member inquiries with other members of the Enserva team to ensure their needs are met. Be accountable for ensuring appropriate follow through

New Member Sales 40%

• In collaboration with our communications team, design strategies and campaigns to attract and enroll new members.
• Maintain an active prospect pipeline of new potential members.
• Support the recruitment of new Enserva member companies through active outreach, networking, proposals and pitching.
• Research new member prospect companies and verticals.

Who are you?

Your previous business development experience that demonstrates the ability to grow a portfolio of business accounts will be a key to your success. You will also have:

• Superior written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to present and synthesize effectively
• Knowledge of and experience in the energy sector or equivalent
