Summary
Territory design and modeling, data analytics and reporting, campaign lead delivery, reporting. The successful candidate will hold a key role within the Neighborhood Marketing Team (NMT) territory deployment strategy. A background in analytics, strategy, planning, presentation, project management and business leadership are required for this position.
Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate territory and channel performance
• Using various database environments and analytics tools such as Teradata, Tableau and Salesforce to lead the execution of the territory deployment strategy with inputs to optimization
• Effectively manage results analysis and channel reporting to various stakeholders
• Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and initiatives to drive activity and incremental channel growth
• Manage a team of data analysts working with complex data to develop and execute a weekly deployment plan for sales agents in the field.
• Investigate and work towards the resolution process for data issues
• Manage data transformation to supply campaign leads through SalesForce CRM tool
• Ensure integrity, compliance and the optimal performance of current sales lead activity guidelines
• Work collaboratively in a team environment and build on relationships with cross-functional groups such as BI, marketing, regional services and customer care

Critical Qualifications

• Maintaining professional relationships with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada is critical to this position.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with programming languages including SAS, SQL, Teradata etc.
• Proficiency in visualization software like Tableau.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects through effective prioritization.
• Proficiency in MS suite, specifically MS Excel
• Experience managing and leading a team of data analysts, coaching guiding and hands-on exposure.
• Demonstration of business leadership including competencies in communication, decision making, team building and conflict resolution
• Strong data analytical & problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to be highly creative in formulating solutions.
• Solid business analytics and financial acumen

Preferred Qualifications

• GIS Visualization skills - dashboard creation and GIS/geospatial analysis
• Experience in territory planning and workforce management
• A University Degree focusing on Computer Science, Business, Mathematics or Engineering
