Kitchen Helper/Dishwasher - Year-Round - Full Time

The incumbent to this position is responsible to maintain a clean environment and ensures that the kitchen tools are ready and in place for the next use. WHAT WILL I BE DOING? Stocks and organizes China, glass and cutlery for banquet services. Cleans equipment and stainless-steel walls in the kitchen. Cleans dishes; removes food waste from plates, fills dishwasher and unloads dishwasher. Sweep and mop kitchens and storage areas. Maintain cleanliness of all storage areas Assist Chefs with plated meals as required. WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME? Must be 16 years of age or older Places importance on quality/standards of cleanliness Able to work quickly and safely. Able to work independently with little supervision. Able to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to multitask effectively. Must be able to works Flexible Schedule: Days or Afternoons, evenings.
