Initial Responsibilities:
Going from Entry Level to Management is about taking theoretical knowledge and turning it into practical experience, starting at the bottom and working your way up. Initially, your responsibilities will include basic public relations, sales, marketing, and customer service orientated. As you develop, you'll then have the chance to learn recruitment and developmental training skills and you'll begin to build a team. Once you have a productive team, you'll learn business management and people management techniques. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Interactive Encounters – Working directly with the public, providing information, and demonstrations of our client's products and services, and completing sales transactions for both new and existing customers.
- Persuasive Narratives – We will provide you with all the training needed for you to carry out your role. This will include sales techniques and leadership skills for you to be able to deliver amazing results and build a great reputation.
- Quantifiable Data and Metrics – Part of your role will include learning how to track merchandise, and recording client information and data. You will also learn about profit margins for each of our campaigns.
- Memorable Experiences – We always want to leave our customers with a memorable experience, so they become long-term customers. We have high standards, so you will need to be able to provide a professional but fun experience for our customers.
- Compelling Reasoning - By specializing in in-person promotions, you will be able to effectively communicate our client's brands and values in a way that’s unique to every customer. Engaging with our customers in a way that will make them feel special.
- Personalized Approach – We have fun in everything that we do, so you will have a fun, outgoing, and enthusiastic manner always.

Job Requirements
- A degree is not required either, but ambitious graduates with business-related degrees often do well
- No sales or management experience is required, but experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, sport, teamwork, leadership, or similar can be helpful
- All applicants must be 18+ years of age & eligible to work in Canada
- All applicants should be able to commute to Vancouver, CA daily
People with a degree or background involving business, management, competition, athletics, training, sport, leadership, or teamwork tend to fit in nicely with our existing team, but we welcome people from all levels of education and experience.
The stages of advancement are clearly outlined and are dependent on results, not seniority, experience, education, or office politics.
