Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and partners
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event management
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
• Manage event marketing and promotion, utilizing various channels to maximize event attendance
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a similar role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not required
• Proficiency in using event management software and tools
