Bookkeeping Team Leader - FULL TIME

You must be a team player with good intuition and a strong sense of urgency about solving problems and getting work completed, adaptable and organized as you'll be working on multiple client files. As we're very client focused, exceptional customer service and prioritization skills as well as a good understanding of the SME world are assets. The ideal candidate can be an experiencedSenior Bookkeeper or an Accountant.

What would you be doing during your workday?

• Supervise junior bookkeepers.
• Review and correction of data entry
• Responsible forachieving KPIs, setting goals, following up with clients, and evaluating the performance of the assigned Bookkeeping Team
• Opening multiple client files to finish reconciliations and ensure accuracy.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional bookkeeping services and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Payroll
• Communicate with clients as well as team members.

Zetique is looking for someone who has experience with:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Analyzing bookkeeping data
• Teaching (or something along those lines) the bookkeeping team
• CRA my business account
• Highly capable of using CRM, Kanban tools.
• Reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts
• Conduct quality control of files, CRA and Service Canada responsibilities, report generating, communication with clients, beyond reports - and team management.
• Able to do Payrolls.
• Ability to troubleshoot any bookkeeping related tools.
• Online programs such as Wise, Stripe, Shopify, PayPal etc.
• QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
