• Support the team in their day-to-day activities, ensuring quality and volume targets are met

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
• Develop processes and standards to optimize production efficiency and effectiveness
• Engage in quality improvements and initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction

• Proven experience working in a continuous production environment

• Technical understanding of manufacturing techniques
• Demonstrated awareness of health and safety protocols and procedures
