Pay Rate: £40 per hour (assignment rate)
Contract: Locum, 3-Months
Hours: Full-time

Main Duties:

• Responsible for ensuring that the review and evaluation of Support Plans are carried out in accordance with practice guidelines, and that appropriate adjustments are made to Support Plans to reflect changing needs.
• Prioritise and allocate work to appropriate staff based on the complexity and urgency of a service request.
• To work with partners to ensure that referrals are dealt with by the creative deployment of resources both in terms of staffing and other options.
• Ensure that effective systems are in place to screen referrals against eligibility criteria.
• Ensure the effective management and deployment of resources within budgets to meet agreed policy objectives and service priorities
• To utilise the resources of the whole team and other skills within the overall service.

Requirements of the Social Worker:

• Degree or equivalent in social work
• Significant frontline experience in Adults Services
• Current Social Work England registration
