Job Description
About The Company

Our client is a family business with over 30 years of award-winning experience in creating, rolling out and managing bespoke customer food-on-the-move solutions. Their customers include a selection of blue-chip companies in various industries, such as Shell, National Trust, Circle K, Autogrill and Dunelm. They offer a range of consultancy services drawing on our in-depth knowledge of the food-on-the-move sector and have managed projects in South America, North America, Asia, and European.

Their Head Office is located in the world-famous village of Cheddar, and we have an Innovation Centre near Bristol in Flax Bourton. Although many of the team are based across the globe, we regularly get together to review performance, share best practices, and socialise! As well as working in a challenging and fast-moving environment, we believe it’s important to have a big chunk of fun and no day is ever the same at FSC.

  • Upskilling of the ‘Customer Service Champions’ in store with intensive training and ongoing coaching.
  • A marketing and promotion activity calendar, together with supporting POS and regular RETAILER communications
  • Regular engagement with Territory managers to share individual site performance in terms of execution, food safety, waste management and sales delivery.
  • Close collaboration with manufacturing and supply chain partners.
  • A clear category plan, with sales, waste and margin targets which are compiled on a weekly basis to track profitability.

You will need to deliver the requirements of their customer’s growth plans on fresh food across the 5 key areas below.
