Our reputable client in Crossfield is currently seeking an Intermediate-Senior Accountant to join their dynamic team for a contract opportunity.
As the Intermediate-Senior Accountant your day to day responsibilities of this contract role may include, but not be limited to:

• Ad-hoc accounting tasks as required
• Daily bank reconciliations, including EOD reviews and Credit card processing
• Lease calculations & reconciliations
• Accounts Receivable reconciliation and Month end Statement preparation
• Assist with Month-end closing and management reporting
• Perform account analysis, journal entries, working papers for external financial review
• Fixed assets tracking and depreciation calculation
• Back up support for Accounts Payable, and Sales Accountant
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations Cradle-to-grave
• Assist CFO with ad hoc reports, Budgets and Variance Analysis
• Accounts Receivable reconciliation and Month end Statement preparation
• Cashflow report reconciliation & analysis

Requirements
Gain valuable experience as an Intermediate-Senior Accountant with our client. The successful Intermediate-Senior Accountant will possess the following:

• MUST live in or be willing to work in-office in Crossfield, AB or Medicine Hat, AB full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM – No flexibility on this
• 3+ years experience and working towards CPA
• Available to start immediately
• Understanding of IFRS and FX translation would be considered an asset.
