THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The Intermediate Interior Designer will work through design phases of the projects from inception to completion focused in the retail, hospitality, food and beverage sectors. This individual will be able to work with a team of designers on developing concise project details to bring projects through to construction phase while working directly with the Client to assess needs and changes as necessary. With strong experience and background in the industry, this role will develop design aspects of hotels, restaurants, and retail stores. With a collaborative and communicative structure, open concept, and award-winning design details this individual will be a part of a dynamic and innovative team that is growing and developing. This role will have opportunity to grow and move forward in the company to more senior and leadership level positions such as a Senior Interior Designer and Associate, as your career progresses.
This Candidate Will Have The Following Aspects

• High energy, innovative thinking and a dynamic approach to design and planning a must
• Excellent technical knowledge and design experience within the industry with experience working in a consulting environment
• Detailed approach to Interior Design with an entrepreneurial mindset in developing a team and leading projects forward through to completion
• 5+ years' experience as an Interior Designer within the commercial and hospitality space
• Experience working with technical programs such as REVIT and AutoCAD
• NCIDQ, PMP, LEED AP are also assets for accreditation
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Interior Design, Architecture (Interior)
