LAZZONI is seeking a talented and energetic Interior Designer/Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Vancouver, BC.

Interior Designer / Assistant Project Manager
Role:
As a vital member of our dynamic team, you will skillfully oversee and manage design projects, collaborating closely with clients throughout their journey from conception to realization. Your primary focus will be to ensure timely project delivery while relentlessly pursuing design excellence to deliver the distinguished LAZZONI experience. Excellent verbal and visual presentation skills will be essential in effectively communicating and showcasing your ideas to clients, making a lasting impact on each project.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and artfully present design concepts to clients, meticulously incorporating their preferences and requirements.
- Drive sales through exquisite design and genuine customer care, employing essential LAZZONI client journey methods.
- Actively engage in ongoing training to continuously update skills and knowledge base, immersing in LAZZONI methodology, products, and systems.
- Assume ownership of client projects from inception to completion, crafting detailed design drawings, specifications, and precise material selections.
- Remain abreast of the latest design trends, materials, and cutting-edge technologies, ingeniously applying them in projects to foster innovative creativity.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, collaborating with the design team to uphold consistent design standards.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective interaction with clients. Oral and written fluency in English is a must.
- Sales or client-facing experience is an asset.
- Must have a positive attitude and be enthusiastic about developing their interior design career.
- Attentive to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and design excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft/Google productivity suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Three years minimum demonstrated experience in interior design and project management, with a preference for experience in high-end residential or commercial settings.
- Proficiency in design software such as PCON Planner, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Must obtain a valid work permit in Canada.
- Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
- Ability to travel to the office; this is an in-person position.
- Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently, adeptly prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Base Salary Range:
- $35K To $75K per year
Supplementals:
- Progressive commission pay
