Intermediate Interior Designer - Hotels

Northland Properties Corporation is a Vancouver-based Property Management Company specializing in Hospitality. With Hotel and Restaurant chains from coast to coast across Canada and into the UK and the US, the Interior Design Department is a fast-paced, high energy work environment.

Our team is currently seeking an enthusiastic and responsible Interior Designer to join Northland Properties Interior Design Team. This position will provide you with the opportunity to create high quality design concepts, be actively involved in all phases of our projects, and create excellent company relationships.

Job Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at a time
• Strong design and presentation skills and experience with programs such as Photoshop, Sketch-Up and associated rendering plug-ins
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience in developing outstanding building project solutions
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant interior design experience with a strong understanding of the design and construction process
• A Diploma or Degree in Interior Design
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills along with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
