Intermediate Architect Technologist Jobs

Seeking an experienced Intermediate Architectural Technologist. This is a position to be a part of design team to prepare full set of construction drawing for various type of projects. The ideal candidate is someone with good technical knowledge of detailing and working drawings.

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in Architectural.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in design & draft in residential projects.

-Demonstrated technical experience in working drawing production.

- Strong communication skills.

- strong knowledge of Part 9 Alberta building code and building bylaws of calgary.

- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

- Ability to work well independently and as part of a project team.

- Strong knowledge in structural design will be considered an asset.

- Experience in Revit software.

-Able to produce plan and cad detail as required.

-Good understanding of construction and material used as cladding.

Job Duties:

- Prepare a complete set of working drawings, including plot plans

- Have the flexibility to work on various type of project simultaneously.

- Review & understand Architectural control guidelines.

- Innovative floor plans and elevations.

- Preparing plot plans and sitting house on it with grading.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (8.30- 5.30)
