Job Description

Title: Information Management Specialist/ Documents Control

Location: Calgary – Hybrid, 3 days on-site

Length: 1 – 2 years

Opening: 1

Start date: May 1st

Must-haves

* Must have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience solving business problems.

* Must have 3 years of experience in the energy industry and/or experience managing teams in technology consulting.

* Must have at least 3 years of experience in either Data Management or Data Governance.

* Must be proficient in SharePoint and other Document Management system(s). Experience with Documentum is a plus.

Plusses

* Ability to interpret and apply internal Information Management policies.

* Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and training end users.

* 0365 Power Platform (Flow, PowerApps, PowerBI) experience is considered an asset.

* Agile/Scrum Methodology understanding is considered an asset.

* Strong communication skills, including organizational skills, end-user relationship building, and technical writing capabilities.

* Teamwork: Demonstrate ability to work productively in a team environment, both supporting other team members and contributing to the effectiveness and reliability of the team.
