ReadyTech continues to grow and acquire customers across our verticals, including government, justice systems, education and workforce management. That means we’re looking for SaaS Implementation Consultants in Australia and New Zealand who will solve complex business problems for our customers by implementing ReadyTech software.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of our software solutions for new clients, ensuring that they are fully integrated and optimised to meet their specific needs. In addition, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

You Will Get To

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all implementation aspects are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Understand clients' specific needs and requirements, and design and execute tailored implementation plans.
• Provide training and support to clients to ensure they are fully equipped to use our software solutions effectively.
• Continuously improve implementation processes and best practices to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation process of our software solutions for new clients.

• You can think analytically with a good understanding of technical jargon
• You have an inquisitive and self-starting nature when it comes to learning and personal development
• You have excellent project and time management skills and enjoy a good to-do list
• You love working in tech- it's an industry that keeps getting more interesting! You have experience working with SaaS software solutions.
