Loft Immigration is a boutique immigration firm with over 40 years of team experience in Canadian immigration. We specialize in Canada Business Immigration, LMIA Applications, Work Permit, Study Permit, PR Applications and other pathways to Canada.
Come and see our turnkey operation. Responsibilities: Managing and overseeing the immigration application process for clients, including preparing and submitting applications and supporting documents to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Providing immigration consultation to clients on immigration options, requirements, and processes. Evaluating and assessing client eligibility for immigration programs and identifying strategies to overcome barriers to immigration. Providing ongoing communication and updates to clients on the status of their applications. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards for RCICs. Staying up-to-date on changes to immigration laws and regulations and updating clients and staff accordingly. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders in the immigration process. Coordinating with other members of the immigration team to ensure that immigration processes are streamlined and efficient. Providing support to other members of the immigration team as required.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Law, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) or Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario an advantage. A minimum of 5 years of experience in immigration consulting or a related field. Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration laws and regulations, as well as the ability to stay up-to-date on changes to the law and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and external partners. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
