We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our organization. If you have a passion for mechanical repair and maintenance, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity for you. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing medium to heavy-duty trucks. Utilize your skills and experience in a reputable and prominent heavy duty repair shop.
- Communicate findings and provide clear service reports in a timely manner.
- Perform skilled mechanical repair and maintenance on medium to heavy-duty vehicles, trailers, and specialized equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance operations and ensure equipment meets manufacturer specifications.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Stay updated on technological advancements and maintain strong diagnostic capabilities.
- Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Valid Journeyman's certificate or equivalent.
- Proven skills in hydraulics, electrical, and engine repair.
- CVIP License preferred.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
