Job Description
We're looking for a HCS Support Assistant to perform a variety of administrative support functions, including coordinating projects, arranging meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining files. If you enjoy providing exceptional administrative support, consider joining us for this permanent full-time opportunity at our head office in Richmond.
Where you'll work
At this time, this is a hybrid position where you will work primarily from home but are expected to be on-site once a week.
  • Collect and analyze data to design and produce management reports
  • Initiate and approve request for office repairs, maintenance, and office equipment Produce procedure manuals
  • Develop, streamline, and implement administrative procedures
  • Provide customer service to external providers via phone and email
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage new workstation requests
  • Maintain the accuracy of items on a Team Site
  • Arrange and coordinate external meetings
  • Maintain appropriate filing
  • Coordinate projects
We're Looking For Someone Who Can
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes; recommend solutions and refer issues as appropriate
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accurately handle concurrent activities
  • Independently plan and prioritize to meet deadlines in a high-volume, multi-tasking, client-focused environment
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Work as a member of a team by proactively assisting, supporting, and cooperating with team members
Your background and experience
  • Excellent English language skills, with accurate grammar and spelling
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Completion of Grade 12
  • Ability to type 55 words per minute
