THE OPPORTUNITY
About the role:
As a graphic designer you will own and create marketing collateral for all our marketing channels. You will support the marketing and design team to come up with creative assets and designs for our campaigns, announcements and public website.
Responsibilities

• Own and deliver stand-out creative to support our go-to-market function
• Transforming marketing insights into informed design decisions.
• Produce designs across a variety of formats and platforms with different elements including but not limited to websites, brand merchandise, event key visuals, internal/external presentations, and more.
• Support marketing requests, understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience.
• Maintain aesthetic coherence across all visual output.
• Create novel and creative concepts for the company website
• Working daily on design duties with the product and marketing team.
• Develop and maintain marketing design guidelines and other design documentation to ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables.
• Collaborate with our Lead Product Designer on design initiatives and concepts
• Participating in the ideation, creation, iteration, and implementation of the visual identity of the company’s brand.

What Our Client Expect From You

• Active participant in Crypto with strong understanding of Web 3 technologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Deep understanding of of how the crypto community behaves
• Portfolio of past work
• Experience in designing for the crypto community

Must have

• Bachelors or Diploma in Graphic Design or Visual Communication
• 3+ years of experience working as a Graphic Designer
