Job Description


JYSK is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is based out of our Head Office in Coquitlam, BC Canada. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager. As a Graphic Designer you will be responsible for creating visual designs across various platforms, including flyers, catalogues, website graphics, packaging, newsletters, and social media graphics.


The Role


  • Develop visually appealing and engaging designs for print and digital media, including flyers, catalogues, website graphics, packaging, newsletters, and social media graphics.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple design projects and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Maintain consistency and quality in all designs, ensuring they reflect the JYSK Canada brand values and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and ecommerce teams to understand design requirements and create innovative solutions that align with our brand identity.
What you bring to the role


  • A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics, composition, and typography.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in the Apple Macintosh platform, with excellent technical skills to produce high-quality designs.
  • A degree or diploma in graphic design, or a minimum of 3-5 years' experience applying Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) for exceptional design work.
  • Digital photography and motion graphics skills are highly desirable.
