Graphic Designer Jobs

Our client, a leader in innovation and product development, is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer and Content Creator. This is an in office position with some potential for work from home depending on the candidate out of their Etobicoke office. The ideal candidate has advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and has excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills. Applicants will be required to present a portfolio showcasing your design work that demonstrates your creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Manage company websites and online stores (Shopify based)
• Create engaging video and graphic content to be shared across various social media channels while engaging with followers
• Create content for all promotional material and digital advertising (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Act as a stand-alone designer who must also work in conjunction with a Marketing Manager.
• Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms (digital and print)
• Responsible for setting the creative look of client brands and marketing assets

Qualifications:

• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Skills in Photography and Video capture considered an asset
• Some knowledge or passion for the automobile industry considered an asset
• Minimum 3 years full-time professional work experience
• Social Media growth and management experience
• Knowledge in SEO and Web Analytics
• Shopify experience including custom coding on their platform considered an asset
• UX experience with an analytical approach to maximizing UX on e-commerce websites
• Must be experienced in presenting and creating clean and corporate designs that embody the organizations image and products
• Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills
• Must possess exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills
