Graphic Designer Jobs

Our client is looking for a Graphic Designer in Chatham-Kent, Ontario. The ideal candidate will be highly creative with experience in both print and digital media, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, showcases professionalism, and the flexibility to work as part of an international team.

This is a FULL-TIME, ON-SITE role with an option to be hybrid, that is a great opportunity to work within a well-established automotive company offering competitive compensation, benefits, and career advancements.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, proofreaders, Marketing Team, etc.
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts
• Design and production of print and digital media (flyers, brochures, catalog layouts, concepts for upcoming events, Digital content – blasts, e-newsletters, digital catalogs) to name a few.
• Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
• Well-rounded person capable of multitasking with a variety of talents

Qualifications:

• Strong time-management, accountability, and communication skills
• Highly initiative and independently motivated
• Exceptional creativity and attention to detail
• Extensive knowledge of and experience with the Adobe suite and photoshop are required
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
• Experience with both Print and digital required
• Excellent software skills, especially with design and photo-editing software
• Intermediate to Senior level Designer experience
• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design or similar is preferred
• Experience with Unreal engine and similar are a bonus.
• Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
