The Graphic Designer will be instrumental in shaping and enhancing our company's visual brand identity across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in graphic design, a keen understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create visually captivating content that resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement a visually-led content strategy consistent with our company's objectives and brand guidelines.
2. Conceptualize and design compelling graphics for our social media platforms, including infographics, edited images, short video content, and other visual assets.
3. Monitor evolving social media trends, incorporating them into the design process to ensure our content remains innovative and engaging.
4. Manage the content calendar, scheduling posts, and tracking performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
5. Utilize social media analytics to inform the design process, boost engagement, and expand our audience.
6. Timely respond to comments and customer queries to maintain positive user engagement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media or a related field; Master's degree or additional qualifications will be a plus.
2. Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on social media content.
3. Proficiency in graphic design software, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite.
4. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
5. Exceptional design skills, including the effective use of color, form, and typography.
6. Ability to translate complex information into engaging visual content.
7. Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
8. Knowledge or interest in the immigration sector is considered a strong asset.
