Graphic Designer Jobs

Job purpose

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer will be a key member of our Marketing Team. This person will design and develop promotional materials such as catalogues, marketing flyers, social media graphics, banners, print ads, website content, etc.

Duties and responsibilities

• Select fonts, colours, shapes, designs, styles, and layouts for projects while maintaining brand integrity.
• Be part of a high-energy team with many simultaneous deliverables.
• Review finalized material with fine detail to avoid re-work / errors.
• Design company logos, letterheads, catalogues, brochures, presentations, promotional materials, and website elements.
• Create multiple different versions and options of a similar product for approval.
• Be creative.
• Maintain up-to-date with the latest design trends – learning via workshops, courses etc.
• Meet with team members to determine requirements and vision for design elements, which includes definiens strategy and execution.
• Execute with tight timeframes.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills
• Must be fluent in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Creative Studio.
• Have experience or knowledge of advertising campaigns – laying out and designing print ads, studying demographics and reach, etc.
• Time management skills to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with various deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook, teams, PowerPoint, etc.)

Regular working hours Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
